Returns Policy

Returns for refund are accepted within 14 days of purchase when purchased directly from lineskis.co.nz.

  • Returned product(s) must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., receipt).
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • An RMA number must be issued by LINE Customer Support before any product is returned.
  • Purchases made through a retailer must be returned directly to the original store.
  • Discounted or clearance products are final sale and not eligible for return unless faulty, in line with your rights under the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA).

Warranty Policy

LINE products purchased from lineskis.co.nz are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship:

  • Skis: 2 years
  • Poles: 1 year
  • Clothing & Accessories: 180 days

If repairs or servicing are required during the warranty term, contact LINE Customer Support to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • Do not send your product without an RMA number.
  • Shipping costs to return a product for warranty assessment are paid by the customer.
  • Once a warranty claim is approved, LINE will cover shipping costs of the replacement back to the customer.
  • Products must be returned before a replacement is issued.

⚠️ Warranty will be void if:

  • Damage from misuse, abuse, or accidents
  • Improper binding mounting or modifications outside LINE facilities
  • Commercial use (if applicable)
  • Product has been tampered with

This warranty is in addition to your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA).

Discounted Products – Final Sale

Discounted products are defined as any LINE product modified at the customer’s request (e.g., graphics, colours, or other modifications).

  • All sales of discounted products are final – no cancellations, returns, or exchanges.
  • If a discounted product arrives defective or does not match specifications, contact LINE Customer Support within 7 days to resolve the issue.
  • This policy does not apply to standard products, which may qualify for return under the normal policies.
